Important Information About Rescheduling or Canceling a Test
You can reschedule or cancel a test appointment through your account up to 24 hours
before your scheduled test time.
Certain changes (such as selecting a different test) require that you first cancel
your existing testing appointment. If you cancel the appointment at least 24 hours
in advance, you will receive a full refund. You will then need to reregister.
If you experience technical difficulties while attempting to reschedule or cancel
your appointment, call FTCE/FELE Customer Service at (866) 613-3281 (toll free,
US and Canada only) for assistance.
